The Company has strong ties to the Community and works with the Real Estate and Agricultural communities. We proudly state that we handle the majority of the Countys Commercial, Industrial and Agricultural transactions. The Company is family owned and operated and has a staff with extensive experience in the Escrow and Title industry.

Richard M. Thomas has managed Glenn County Title since January of 1995. Mr. Thomas started his career in the industry in 1974 and has held virtually every position in the Title and Escrow industry. In December of 1998, Richard and DeAnnah Thomas purchased the Company from Glenn and Shirley Felder, continuing the tradition of family ownership of the Company.
