Meet the Panelists

James Groves

James is the President of Hole in the Wall Franchising and COO/Managing Partner of Hole in the Wall Drywall Repair. After 25+ years in the entertainment industry—including leadership roles at Disney World—he pivoted to entrepreneurship in 2013.

He co-owns and helped scale Hole in the Wall Drywall Repair by building the systems, processes, and referral partnerships that transformed it into a repeatable business model. Now, he leads national franchise expansion and co-hosts the Hole in the Wall Business Podcast, sharing real-world lessons on growing smarter, not just bigger.

Sean Lyden

Sean is the founder and CEO of Systematic Selling, a sales coaching company that helps founders scale without the chaos. He's also the host of the Systematic Selling Podcast, where he breaks down practical systems and strategies for improving close rates and building high-performing sales teams.

His expertise comes from over a decade of coaching founders and sales reps—plus his own experience going from struggling rookie to one of General Motors' top-selling medium-duty truck reps in just three years. A former Entrepreneur Magazine columnist, Sean is all about actionable strategies over theory.

Airton is an Account Executive at ADP and a newly appointed Board Member of the East Orlando Chamber of Commerce. With hands-on experience in B2B sales, he brings a frontline perspective on client engagement, objection handling, and building trusted partnerships.
