With more than 20 years of global service, his leadership experience includes roles at U.S. Special Operations Command, the Pentagon, and command of the 22nd Intelligence Squadron at the National Security Agency, supporting major combat operations in the Middle East and Afghanistan.
A University of Oklahoma graduate and certified John Maxwell Leadership Coach, Chris now leads The Russell Group, where he translates battlefield leadership lessons into practical strategies that build high-performing, people-focused teams. He has also led leadership training for the Jenks Police Department and other organizations committed to strengthening their leadership culture.
