About Us

Fundación Estrellita de Belén is dedicated to saving the hearts of children in Venezuela by providing life-saving medical procedures, medicines, and essential care, awareness and advocacy for those born with congenital heart disease. We are committed to ensuring that every child, regardless of their circumstances, has the chance to live, grow, and dream.

OBJECTIVES.
Our objectives are to:
(1) Provide life-saving medical procedures and essential care to children with heart conditions,
(2) Advocate and raise awareness about congenital heart disease in our local and global communities,
(3) Educate families about CHD and empower them with resources and support, and
(4) Build a compassionate network of medical professionals and volunteers to expand our mission.

ACTIVITIES.
We coordinate medical procedures, distribute medicines and nutritional support, host community awareness and education programs, and advocate for children’s health rights. We meet monthly at our Jacksonville office and virtually to organize initiatives, plan events like our annual Twinkle of Life Gala, and ensure every child’s heart has a chance to heal.
