About Us

Welcome to Embodi, a healing sanctuary in the heart of DeLand. We practice with connection and community at the forefront of what we do. Our team of therapists are highly skilled and specialized to assist with a variety of mental health needs, including but not limited to: anxiety/depression/OCD, PTSD and trauma, mood disorders, life transitions, grief, perinatal and postpartum support, adolescent/teen, child play-based therapy, family therapy, and couple and relationship therapy.

In addition to traditional talk-based therapy, we provide unique, holistic offerings such as expressive arts, horticultural (gardening) therapy, and specially tailored groups and workshops to meet the community's needs.

Fee scale: $100-$125/ individual session
                  $150-$175/ couples or family session

We never want finances to be a barrier to getting the help you need. Reach out to us directly to discuss sliding fee scale options. Additionally, we can provide superbills to your insurance company to assist with session reimbursement. We are committed to making therapy accessible.
