This is a discussion group, not a grief support or counseling session.
We meet the third Thursday of each month from 4:00-5:30 pm at Lumina.
Participation is free, but registration 24 hours in advance is appreciated.
Contact Naomi to register or ask questions at 541.757.9616, or send an email to volunteers@luminahospice.org.

There is no commitment, just join us when you need support. Examples of topics: what is helpful and unhelpful in grief, listening to your instincts, how to outwardly express grief, and coping with grief during the holidays.
