The Free Family Caregiver Support Group is facilitated by Erin Mitchell, a Licensed Professional Counselor who provides compassionate guidance to caregivers who may be feeling overwhelmed. The group centers on shared discussion, mutual support, and the opportunity for caregivers to connect through lived experience.

The Grace Center Family Caregiver Support Group meets weekly on Tuesdays from 1:00 to 2:30 p.m. and is open to all family caregivers, whether or not they utilize Grace Center services.

Respite Care Available
Free respite care is available from 1:00 to 2:30 p.m. during the support group. If the individual receiving care is not currently enrolled at Grace Center, advance notice is required so staff can review care needs. Grace Center reserves the right to determine, on a case-by-case basis, whether non-enrolled individuals are an appropriate fit for the respite program.

To arrange respite care during the support group, please contact the Grace Center office in advance at 541-754-8417.

This caregiver support group is partially sponsored by the Oregon Cascades West Council of Governments.
