Join this class to be refreshed on the requirements of being a licensed auto dealer in Iowa and how to maintain a dealer’s license. We will discuss updates and new laws enacted during the most recent legislative session that impact auto dealers and provide new information from federal and state agencies pertaining to the auto industry. You are encouraged to share areas of concern so we can problem-solve together. Finally, we will view videos from the Iowa Department of Transportation Bureau of Investigation and Identity Protection and the Consumer Protection Division of the Iowa Attorney General’s office. Access to updated documentation will be provided to all attendees.

Friday, October 7th, 9am-2pm at NICC Cresco Center, class #86423.

As a leader in today’s world you face a variety of challenges and if you’re leading employees in-person and virtually at the same time, you still must drive connection, trust, teamwork and performance. A variety of factors caused this challenge, from The Great Resignation, to rapid technological change and unprecedented job openings, to new expectations about work and life balance caused by the pandemic. Solving this workforce challenge is urgent for managers, supervisors, business owners and leaders at companies and organizations of all sizes and industries.

In this high-energy interactive webinar presentation, acclaimed behavioral researcher, speaker and bestselling author, Jason Dorsey, offers you new perspectives on how to lead for connection. A new, actionable perspective into the reality of leading in-person and hybrid workforces at the same time
