We’re excited to invite you to a special session with the Affton-Lemay Chamber of Commerce focused on emotional intelligence for women business owners and leaders.  Emotional intelligence is a pivotal skill for building stronger relationships, making better business decisions, and leading with confidence.  In this interactive session, we’ll explore practical ways to strengthen these skills so you can elevate both your leadership and business success!

Prior to the session, please complete this quick 5-10 minute assessment:  Emotional intelligence self-assessment - Workplace Strategies for Mental Health

Print your report and bring it to the session.  We will review the report together and use it in our activities.

Join with other women from Affton & Lemay! Along with networking, the goal for this small group is to share, support, educate, and encourage fellow women in the Chamber. Each meeting will have a speaker who will focus on topics and issues relevant to women in & out of the workplace.
