A recent study took a look at how mindfulness interventions improved productivity in the workplace. The results showed absenteeism fell by 85%, productivity rose by 120% and injuries dropped by 70%. The best part of this fact is that it is extremely simple to incorporate mindfulness in the workplace, and it's not just about meditation.
