Join us for our September Membership Luncheon as we shine a spotlight on the nonprofit organizations of the Fenton Chamber, making a meaningful difference throughout the Fenton region and greater St. Louis community! Our Non-Profit Showcase gives Chamber member nonprofits and organizations serving the nonprofit sector an opportunity to share their mission, the people and causes they serve, and the many ways local businesses and individuals can support their work. Attendees will have the chance to learn more about these organizations, discover opportunities to volunteer, contribute, collaborate, and build partnerships, and better understand the important role nonprofits play in strengthening our communities.

Nonprofit organizations are often at the heart of a thriving community—providing essential services, responding to important needs, creating opportunities, and bringing people together around a shared purpose. This luncheon is an opportunity to celebrate that impact while helping connect these organizations with the businesses, resources, relationships, and community support that can help further their missions.

Of course, there will also be plenty of time to connect with fellow Chamber members and guests, strengthen relationships, make new connections, and enjoy lunch together. We hope you’ll join us for a meaningful afternoon of community, connection, and collaboration as we show some well-deserved love to our nonprofit members! We want to help you have a successful luncheon experience so, if there is a particular business or type of business/person you are looking to connect with, let us know. Whether you're a longtime member or joining us for the first time, we'd love to see you there!

Networking Beyond Small Talk: Become the Person Who Connects People

Great networking isn’t about collecting contacts. It’s about paying attention, building genuine relationships, and becoming someone people are glad to know.

Join us for this month’s Women’s Group luncheon as we take a closer look at how to build stronger, more meaningful professional connections by changing the way we think about networking (and sales). Networking is about more than exchanging business cards or asking, “What do you do?” In this interactive discussion, we’ll explore how to ask better questions, listen for opportunities to connect people and resources, make thoughtful introductions, and follow up in ways that help turn a brief conversation into a genuine professional relationship.

Attendees will leave with practical ideas they can use at their very next networking event, along with simple ways to become a more intentional connector within their own professional circles.

About Women's Group Luncheons:
Our monthly Women’s Group luncheons are an opportunity to connect, collaborate, and grow with fellow women in business. Network with Chamber members from a wide range of industries, share experiences in a supportive environment, and enjoy meaningful conversations that foster both personal and professional growth. Each luncheon features engaging discussion, occasional educational topics, and a welcoming space for building strong relationships and sharing business leads. Whether you're a long-time member or attending for the first time, you are part of a vibrant, empowering community of women.

The Fenton Chamber is bringing the connection closer to you with our monthly In Your Neighborhood events! Designed to meet members where they are, this program takes us on the road to local businesses throughout Fenton and surrounding communities—spotlighting our members and strengthening relationships along the way. Each month, we pop into a different “neighborhood” for breakfast, lunch, or after-hours networking at a Chamber member location. These relaxed, come-and-go gatherings make it easy to connect with Chamber staff, meet fellow members, and build relationships with nearby business owners you might not see at other events.

While all are welcome, we make a point to personally invite members and prospective members who live or work nearby—creating a welcoming, community-focused atmosphere that’s all about connection, visibility, and support. Come support a local business, grow your network, and be part of what makes our business community thrive… one neighborhood at a time!
