Community members are invited to participate in an open and meaningful discussion about death and dying at an upcoming Death Café, an informal gathering designed to break the taboo around talking about mortality. The event will be held October 17th at Liquid Bistro in Downtown Kingman.
A Death Café is not a grief support group or a counseling session; rather, it is a welcoming space where people can gather to share thoughts, experiences, and questions about death over coffee and refreshments. The goal is to encourage honest conversations, normalize discussions about end-of-life issues, and help participants reflect on how to live more fully.
The event is free and open to the public. Please arrive on time not to disturb the flow of the event. If you would like to purchase a beverage arrive early. Cake will be provided. For more information about the Death Café movement, visit www.deathcafe.com
