There’s something truly special about practicing yoga outside — breathing with the trees, feeling the sun on your face, and reconnecting with yourself in the quiet rhythm of nature. Yoga in the Park is a free, heart-led offering to gather in community, move gently, and find healing in simplicity. Whether you’re brand new to yoga or have a steady practice, this space is for you. No pressure. No expectations.
