Breathwork: Group Meditation

Embark on a transformative breathwork journey at The Union, Wellness Boutique, guided by Sandy Orsund, certified in Conscious Connected Breathwork. In this group experience, you’ll use intentional, rhythmic breathing to release stress, reconnect with your authentic self, and invite balance to body, mind, and spirit.

Each session includes a brief introduction, intention setting, guided breathwork set to music, and time afterward for grounding and integration. To support deep relaxation, we offer cozy comfort items such as a mattress pad, blanket, pillow, and eye mask.

This safe, supportive environment encourages both relaxation and personal growth, allowing space to let go of what no longer serves you and welcome in clarity, renewal, and healing. All are welcome—whether it’s your first time exploring breathwork or you’re returning to deepen your practice.
