35, 60 and 100 mile epically beautiful bike ride.

A perfect blend of pavement, dirt road, gravel road and historic railroad grade.

The route is just under 100 miles with 7,600 feet of elevation gain and is over 70% dirt. Also available are two shorter course options; 35 miles and 60 miles. Racers and riders from around the world will be invited to lose themselves and find this two-wheeled paradise. A full weekend of high sierra fun for riders and non-riders alike.

Returning June 16th through 21st, classic motorcycles and their owners will arrive at the Plumas Sierra County Fairgrounds for the International Norton Owners Association (INOA) 2025 Feather River Rally III. In 1996, and again in 2016, over three hundred Norton and British motorcycle enthusiasts arrived in Quincy from across North America and around the world to share their interest in these classic motorcycles. This year’s attendees are thrilled at the opportunity to return and once again experience the finest roads, sights, and hospitality the Sierra Nevada Mountains have to offer.

Hosted by the Northern California Norton Owners Club (NCNOC), a chapter of the INOA, this year’s rally welcomes ALL classic and vintage motorcycles and motorcycle enthusiasts. Featured events include presentations, group rides, poker run, and a swap meet. Group rides explore the best local roads to great destinations in Plumas County: Bucks Lake, La Porte, Graeagle, Downieville, and more. A highlight of the week is the concours show where rare and unique motorcycles will compete for awards. The concours is open for public viewing at no charge. Everyone who attends can cast their votes for best-in-class "Roadster", "Interstate", "Fastback", and many other classes of Norton, British, European, American, and Japanese motorcycles.

Classic motorcycle owners are friendly, and love to talk about their motorcycles. When you see them be sure to strike up a conversation!
