He left an unsurpassed legacy of recordings and compositions to the world, making him one of the most significant contributors to the Jazz idiom during the 50’s and 60’s . Celebrate his body of work with Alex Jenkins, Arlyn Anderson, Levi Saelua, and Alex Reiff.
On the 29th the Cal Cap Black Box Theater will host the Alex Jenkins Quartet for a night of Music. The Alex Jenkins Quartet has been a staple of the West Coast Jazz scene since 2009. During that time they have performed in venues throughout California such as festivals, clubs theaters, and Universities.
