If you are an LLC, PLLC, Corporation, or Limited Partnership, You Need To Understand The Mandatory Reporting Requirement for 2024.”IF you are a small business owner, you need to understand how the Corporate Transparency Act applies to you. If you have an LLC, PLLC , Corporation, Limited Partnership, or other entity created under the Secretary of State or Corporation Commission, you need to understand if your entity is considered a “reporting company” that must file a report this year to avoid penalties of up to $500/day if you fail to file in 2024. You need to identify who qualifies as beneficial owners of your entity which may involve several factors. Then you need to understand how to prepare and file the Beneficial Ownership Information Report. Chris Soto, Esq. and Lisa Keylon, Esq. will provide an overview and understanding of what you need to know to get started.

REACH North Phoenix CoalitionReach Every Adolescent Creating Hope
Did you know 1 in 4 youth are currently using substances?
This alarming fact motivated the formation of REACH North Phoenix, a newly formed drug prevention coalition, serving zip codes 85022, 85024, 85027 and 85032.
Please join us at our first coalition meeting to start the conversation on what we can do to mitigate the effects of this epidemic. We will touch on fentanyl awareness and education with free Narcan to reverse opioid overdoses for all attendees while supplies last.

TSgt TJ Pina with the National Guard Drug Demand Reduction Outreach, Counter Drug Task Force will be introducing how coalitions create an opportunity for community members to come together and find solutions to substance abuse problems in their neighborhood.
