The mystery is half the fun.

This spring, grab the whole family and rediscover the beauty of Boulder City.
Take a hike on one of our gorgeous park trails, wander through our charming historic downtown, enjoy the sunshine — and keep your eyes peeled for a shiny golden Easter egg tucked where you least expect it.

Find one?
You’ve struck gold!

Just follow the instructions inside the egg to claim your prize.

Join the Sisterhood Society at their first event, coming up Friday, April 24 from 4:00PM to 8:00PM. The event, aptly titled Last Friday, is for women-owned businesses looking to showcase their talents at a entrepreneur market here in Boulder City. You can check them out on the corner of Arizona Street and Nevada Way at 501 Nevada Way. It’s a great way to support women in our community by shopping local.

The Sisterhood Society is a group of female business owners headed by Sarah Iwinksi of Serenity Salon (1005 Elm Street) and Jessie Morelli of Grandma Daisy’s (530 Nevada Way). The group was formed to help women who may just be starting out in business or a seasoned small business owner looking for new clients and outlets to grow her business. We asked about the Sisterhood Society and this is what we were told:

Last Friday isn’t just an event — it’s part of something bigger. It’s connected to The Sisterhood Society, a community we created to support and uplift women who are building businesses, creating art, and chasing dreams while balancing everyday life.

The Sisterhood Society is for women who are:

  • Artists
  • Creators
  • Stay-at-home moms starting businesses
  • Entrepreneurs
  • Dreamers looking for support and community

But what makes this group different is that we’re not just a chatty networking group — we’re putting ideas into action. Last Friday is one of the ways we’re doing that. It’s a monthly event designed to:

  • Give women a place to showcase their businesses
  • Create opportunities to collaborate
  • Support local women-owned businesses
  • Build real connections within our community

We believe women shouldn’t have to build their dreams alone — and through events like Last Friday, we’re creating real opportunities for women to grow together.

They also plan to have quarterly social nights to get out and have some fun a la a Paint Night with the girls. We love the concept and are looking forward to this week’s Last Friday! To learn more about the event, or to join the Sisterhood Society, check out their Instagram HERE for additional details.
