A recent study took a look at how mindfulness interventions improved productivity in the workplace. The results showed absenteeism fell by 85%, productivity rose by 120% and injuries dropped by 70%. The best part of this fact is that it is extremely simple to incorporate mindfulness in the workplace, and it's not just about meditation. Participants will gain a better understanding of the impact of chronic stress, the rationale and value of mindfulness at work, and how to immediately implement at least five simple mindfulness practices for improved well-being, engagement and productivity.

The Cresco route for Tuesday will be collected on Monday, December 23rd (instead of Tuesday, Dec 24th). The Wednesday route will be collected on Thursday, December 26th (instead of Wednesday, Dec 25th). The Wednesday, January 1st route will be collected on Tuesday, December 31st (instead of Wednesday, Jan 1st).
Rural Howard/Winneshiek route schedule:
Routes collected on Tuesday will be collected on Monday, December 23rd. The Protivin route on Wednesdays will be collected on Monday, December 30th (instead of Dec 25th). All students in grades 1-6 are welcome to lead us in song during the 4:00 PM Mass and lead a living nativity in the Notre Dame parking lot.This event will feature costumes, live animals, carols and Christmas Cheer.
