Summer has flown by, and everyone is burnt out physically and mentally. The community has been volunteering non-stop plus working. It is important to take care of yourself so you can continue to take care of others. With school starting back up and summer ending this training comes at the perfect time to recharge your battery. This training will be held at various times throughout the day and is an hour long. Once times have been set and a location decided it will be posted
See Chamber Main Street Facebook here to keep you updated!

Start Time TBD
See Chamber Main Street Facebook here for updated information.
The plan is to hold the movie during one of the Self-Care & Disasters Training times to allow parents who would like to attend the availability to attend. The movie is great at explaining emotions/feelings to people in a way that everyone can relate to and will give the group a chance to break up into small groups for discussion after.
