The Greenfield Community Development Corporation is a non-profit organization governed by a volunteer board of directors.

The primary purposes of the corporation are to promote the maintenance, development, establishment and expansion of agriculture, commerce, industry and housing in the Greenfield, Adair County, Iowa area, in order to relieve conditions of poverty, dependency, high unemployment and under-employment in an economically depressed community.

Join us for some after-school fun! Children ages 7-12 can join us in the Junior Room from 2:00 pm to 3:30 pm each Wednesday for an STEAM activity, a short craft, and exploring the library. If a child can't make it at the start time or needs to leave early, that is fine.

The Chamber Main Street & Development Networking Luncheon is on the 1st Thursday at Noon in the City Hall Meeting Room.  

Reservations are required and due by Noon on the Tuesday before the meeting if you would like to have a meal. You are always welcome to attend the meeting whether you eat with us or not. You are also welcome to bring in your own lunch. 

The Luncheon costs $12 per person and includes a meal by one of our supporting businesses, attendee introductions, Chamber Main Street & Development business and committee updates, and time for business and community concerns and announcements.

Tour of Trees & Holiday Luncheon

Lunch Ticket includes viewing of more than 30 trees and numerous tables, uniquely
and beautifully decorated by local businesses, organizations, and individuals.


TREE VIEWING ONLY - $10 PER TICKET
Tree Viewing Only tickets may be purchased at the door.
Tree Viewing: 10:00 - 11:30 AM and 1:00 - 4:00 PM
Proceeds will support Adair County Memorial Hospital in obtaining essential equipment.
