KINGMAN REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER COMMUNITY BLOOD DRIVE
With the dog days of summer upon us, mix it up a bit and consider saving a life on August 7 & 8 as Vitalant as it partners with Kingman Regional Medical Center for a two-day community blood drive. Here you will be able to give either a whole blood or Power Red donation. The location for this drive is the Medical Professional Building adjacent to the hospita.
August 7 : 10 am to 6 pm
August 8 : 7 am to 3 pm

Your donation will help ensure an adequate supply of blood and could help the person who's been in an accident and rushed to the emergency room. Or, perhaps a little boy or girl in an ICU -- even a mother suffering stage-three leukemia. Your kindness and generosity truly make a difference.

The public is invited to the Mohave Republican Forum meeting on Wednesday evening, August 14, 2024, commencing at 5:30 PM with Kingman Unified School District Board Candidate, Danielle Ohle-Keck and Kingman City Manager, Tim Walsh.
Danielle Ohle-Keck, Kingman Unified School District Board Candidate, will have the opportunity to address why she is a candidate for Kingman Unified School District Board Member, her experience, qualifications, projections for the District, and why she believes she should be elected to this position.
Tim Walsh, Kingman City Manager, will talk about his vision and projections for the City and as he works with the Mayor, Council, citizens and others for continuing implementation or new directions. We anticipate he will address the status and the projected future of the development of the pending interchanges and the City’s streets, water, sewer, and airport, industrial park, trails, parks and other relevant matters.
MRF meeting for August is being held at Beale Celebrations, in downtown Kingman at 201 North 4th Street, Kingman, AZ 86401. The meeting room should be available by o 4:30 PM and the program begins at 5:30 PM. There is an admission charge of $3 per person to assist with the meeting costs.
Please note change of location starting September: MRF meetings for September, October and November will be held at Kingman Area Chamber of Commerce building downtown at 309 E. Beale Street (the building with the MCC signage).
There are several eateries downtown if you would like to eat before or after the meeting. Water will be available at the meeting.
