My name is Coach Garcia, and I am the cheer coach for Desert Sunrise High School. I’m reaching out to ask for your support in helping a few of our dedicated athletes attend cheer camp this summer.
We’re currently running a Snap! Raise fundraiser to help offset costs. While our club is covering a portion of the camp fee for each cheerleader, families are still responsible for $280 per athlete — a cost that can be difficult for some to manage.
We have a few incredibly hardworking and committed cheerleaders who, despite their best efforts, are unable to cover the full amount. Fortunately, the fundraising company has graciously extended the payment deadline, giving us a little more time to rally support for these athletes.
I’m reaching out to ask if the Chamber could help spread the word — either by sharing our fundraiser with your network or connecting us with individuals or businesses who may be interested in helping send a cheerleader to camp. Every contribution truly makes a difference.

The Big Q Networking Meeting is open to all Chamber members and is free to attend. Not a Maricopa Chamber of Commerce member yet, but curious to see if it would be a good fit for you and your business? We'd love to have you join us!!! The Maricopa Veteran's are having a fundraising campaign to support the construction and maintenance of the Maricopa Veterans Memorial.
