Fundraising efforts by the City of Harlan to replace the Christmas lights at the downtown courthouse in Harlan. This tradition brings joy to our community each year, and we want to ensure it continues for many more years to come.
To make this possible, I am forming a committee to lead the project. Committee members will play a key role in:
- Fundraising: helping secure the resources needed to replace the broken lights.
- Installing the lights: planning and safely setting up the decorations around the courthouse to ensure a beautiful holiday display for the community.
- Taking down the lights: responsibly removing and storing the lights after the season, so they can be used again in future years.
