Carrie Moreau is the co-owner of Certified Best Roofing, a family-run roofing company celebrating five years in business and serving Central Florida with a commitment to integrity, quality, and five-star service. Carrie has been an entrepreneur for over 30 years, building businesses and opportunities through hard work, creativity, and strong community relationships.

Carrie is the host of the Wonder Women Who Build podcast, highlighting the stories of women in leadership and entrepreneurship, and the founder of the Oviedo Bourbon Club, a community built around great conversation and a great pour. She also serves as Chair-Elect for the Oviedo Winter Springs Chamber of Commerce, where she is passionate about supporting local businesses and strengthening the community she calls home.

Toni Lynn Scalero has spent more than four decades breaking barriers and redefining leadership in retail and consumer electronics industries. She quickly rose through the retail ranks into multi-unit management, culminating in a remarkable 20-year career with Bose Corporation, where she scaled and led the company’s largest U.S. retail market, generating more than $36 million in annual sales. 

In 2021, Toni decided to channel her customer service and sales expertise into building a business of her own. Today, she is CEO and Owner of Level Up Automation Florida, leading a growing company that integrates cutting-edge technology into homes and businesses.
