Event Description
The Steel Days Concert in the Park is a long-standing tradition done in conjunction with the American Fork Symphony. The Concert in the Park is held in Quail Cove Park and starts with a pre-show at 6:30 p.m. with the concert running from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on Monday, July 20th.

We are excited for the program that the Symphony is working and will annouce more details about the music that will be perfomed as we get additional details. We have hundreds of people attend this event every year.

FOOD VENDORS
Parking will be on a first come, first serve basis for Food Trucks and you will be directed to a spot when you arrive. Please choose the type of food you will be selling from the options listed. If you choose your food type and are allowed to pay and complete the registration, then your spot is reserved. The committee will then review your application and either send you an acceptance email or will send you a denial email and issue a full refund.

Food trucks and booths will be positioned in the roundabout drop-off on the southwest side of the park below the amphitheater and on the access road above. We ask that food trucks and vendors arrive no later than 5:30 p.m. to start the set-up process. Please plan accordingly.

Refund Schedule:
Cancelation 60+ days before the event (before May 18, 2026): Full Refund
Cancelation 30-60 days before the event (before June 18, 2026): 50% Refund
Cancelation within 30 days of the event (after June 18, 2026): NO REFUND
