The Virginia Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (VAHCC) is proud to announce that the 25th Annual ¿Qué Pasa? Festival will take place on Saturday, May 30, 2026, at the brand-new CarMax Park in Richmond, Virginia.

This free, family-friendly, one-day festival is one of the largest celebrations of Hispanic and Latin American culture in Virginia, attracting tens of thousands of attendees each year. The festival features live performances throughout the day, showcasing the vibrant music, dance, and artistic traditions of Hispanic and Latin American cultures.

For 25 years, the Virginia Hispanic Chamber has proudly showcased the diversity, talent, and cultural richness of the Latino community in the capital city of Virginia. The ¿Qué Pasa? Festival has become a beloved Richmond tradition, bringing together local Latino businesses, artisans, restaurants, entertainers, and families for a full day of cultural celebration.

As we celebrate our 25th anniversary, the 2026 festival will mark an exciting new chapter as it moves to CarMax Park, providing an expanded and dynamic venue to welcome even more performers, vendors, partners, and guests. Attendees will experience a vibrant cultural celebration filled with music, dance, food, art, and traditions from across Latin America.

The festival is currently seeking Latin-inspired cultural dance groups, musical performers, and other culturally relevant acts. Other types of performances may also be considered.

Please note that entertainment slots are limited, and submitting this registration does not guarantee selection. This application allows your group to be considered for performance during the festival.
