¿Qué Pasa? Festival 2026: Food Vendor Registration
5/30/2026
12:00 PM - 8:00 PM EST

Location: CarMax Park , 2929 N Arthur Ashe Blvd, Richmond, VA 23220

Event Description

Register now to be considered as a food vendor for the 25th Annual ¿Qué Pasa? Festival, taking place on Saturday, May 30, 2026, at the brand-new CarMax Park in Richmond, Virginia.

The ¿Qué Pasa? Festival is one of the largest celebrations of Hispanic and Latin American culture in Virginia, attracting tens of thousands of attendees each year for a full day of music, dance, food, and cultural experiences.

Due to limited space, food vendors will be selected through an application process. At this time, we are gathering vendor applications as festival logistics and layout plans are finalized with the venue.

Vendor Placement

Food vendors will most likely be located outside the main gates of CarMax Park, creating a vibrant food marketplace area welcoming festival guests as they arrive.

However, some smaller food vendors (such as baked goods, desserts, ice cream, or other items that do not require grills or large cooking equipment) may be considered for alternative placements depending on space availability and final venue requirements.

Types of Food Vendors

We welcome applications from:

• Food Trucks
• Food Trailers
• Tent Food Vendors
