Thank you for your interest in participating as an artisan vendor at the 25th Annual ¿Qué Pasa? Festival, taking place on Saturday, May 30, 2026, from 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM at CarMax Park in Richmond, Virginia.
The ¿Qué Pasa? Festival is one of the largest celebrations of Hispanic and Latin American culture in Virginia, bringing together thousands of attendees for a full day of live music, food, culture, and community.
Artisan vendors play an important role in the festival by showcasing handmade goods, cultural artwork, clothing, jewelry, crafts, and other unique products.
Due to limited vendor space, artisan vendors will be selected through an application process.
Submitting this form allows our team to review your business and products for potential participation in this year’s festival.
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance.
If your business is selected, a member of our team will contact you with:
• vendor confirmation
• payment instructions
• vendor placement details
• event logistics
Each artisan vendor space includes one 10’ x 10’ vendor area.
Vendor pricing:
VAHCC Members: $150
Non-Members: $250
Pricing includes vendor space only. Vendors must provide their own tent, display materials, and setup equipment.
A 6-foot table and two chairs may be reserved for an additional fee.
Only one vendor space is permitted per business.
No payment is required unless your application is selected.
This category is reserved for vendors selling:
• handmade goods
• arts and crafts
• jewelry
• clothing and textiles
• cultural artwork
• other artisan products
Food and beverage sales are not permitted in this category.
Because this is a family-friendly festival, all items displayed or sold must be appropriate for a general audience.
Vendor spaces will be pre-assigned.
Products and displays may not extend beyond the assigned vendor space.
All tents must be properly secured and weighted at all times.
Additional details regarding vendor setup, load-in times, and placement will be shared with selected vendors prior to the event.
Electricity is not guaranteed and may be limited depending on the final event layout.
