Event Description


The Virginia Hispanic Chamber of Commerce is proud to celebrate the 25th Annual ¿Qué Pasa? Festival on Saturday, May 30, 2026, from 12 PM – 8 PM at the brand-new CarMax Park in Richmond, Virginia.

This free, family-friendly event brings together thousands of attendees from across the region for a vibrant celebration of Hispanic and Latin American culture through music, food, art, and community engagement.

Commercial vendor booths provide businesses and organizations with the opportunity to connect with festival attendees, promote services, and increase brand visibility within one of Virginia’s most dynamic cultural events.


Vendor Guidelines

Please read the commercial vendor guidelines before completing your registration.

Submitting your registration and payment indicates that you have read and agree to all vendor guidelines and event policies.


Commercial Vendor Category

Commercial vendors include businesses, organizations, universities, nonprofits, service providers, and community organizations who wish to promote their programs, services, or community initiatives.

This category is intended for informational and promotional booths only.

No retail sales are permitted in this category.
• Vendors may distribute information, promotional materials, giveaways, and marketing items.

Vendor spaces are limited.


Kids Area Vendor – Youth / Education Organizations

The Kids Area Vendor option is part of the Commercial Vendor category and is reserved for schools, libraries, youth programs, educational institutions, and organizations that serve children and families.

Vendors in this area must provide an educational or interactive activity for children during the event.

Businesses whose primary services are not child-focused should register under the Commercial Vendor category instead. Festival organizers reserve the right to relocate vendors whose activities do not align with the Kids Area focus.


Pricing

(One 10’ x 10’ space allowed per vendor)

Each vendor space includes:

• One 10’ x 10’ booth space
• One 6-foot table
Two chairs

VAHCC Member Price:
Commercial Vendor: $480
Kids Area (Commercial Vendor): $350
(Use the email associated with your membership to receive member pricing.)

Non-Member Price:
Commercial Vendor: $680
Kids Area (Commercial Vendor): $500


Vendor Space

• All vendor spaces are pre-assigned by the festival team.
• Vendors may not move or change their assigned location.
• Vendor displays and materials may not extend beyond the boundaries of the assigned space.
• Setup instructions will be sent prior to the festival.
• Vendors are encouraged to bring their own branded tent if needed.
• All tents and canopies must be properly secured and weighted at all times.


Marketing Benefits

Commercial vendors will receive exposure through festival promotions, including:

• Listing in the ¿Qué Pasa? Festival vendor directory on the festival website
• Promotion through the Virginia Hispanic Chamber of Commerce social media platforms
• Festival marketing through regional media partners and community organizations
• Access to the ¿Qué Pasa? Festival Marketing Toolkit for self-promotion 


Electricity

Electricity is not guaranteed and may be limited depending on venue layout.

Vendors should plan accordingly when designing their booth setup.


Event Schedule

Festival Hours
Saturday: 12 PM – 8 PM

Vendors may not break down or leave their booth during festival hours.


Cancellations

Cancellations received after May 1st, 2026 will not be eligible for a refund.


Health & Safety

Vendors are responsible for maintaining a safe and clean booth space and complying with any event guidelines communicated by the festival organizers.

By completing and submitting this application you are agreeing to abide by the 2026 Vendor Application Guidelines. Failure to follow these rules and regulations can mean expulsion from the festival. Vendors hereby release and agree to hold harmless all indemnified parties from any damage to my property or any personal injury which they or their helpers may sustain while setting up for, participating in, or loading out from the ¿Qué Pasa? Festival held May 30th, 2026.
