Join us this April for our Lunch and Learn as we welcome developer Mike Ballard to share an update on Ephraim Crossing a 311-acre master-planned development taking shape right here in Sanpete County. Mike will walk us through the current status of the project, what to expect in 2026 and 2027, and available opportunities to lease or partner within the development. He'll also share his vision for why Ephraim is the right place and what this landmark project could mean for the future of the city and county.
