July 4th Vendor Village

Be part of one of Crested Butte’s most beloved traditions by joining the July 4th Vendor Village at 3rd & Elk. With 12,000 locals and visitors gathering for the parade and festivities, this is a prime opportunity to showcase your business, connect with the community, and be part of an unforgettable holiday celebration.

The Crested Butte/Mt. Crested Butte Chamber of Commerce invites vendors to participate in the July 4th Vendor Village, located at 3rd & Elk in the heart of downtown during one of the busiest and most festive days of the year. Space is limited and all vendors must be registered in advance.

Vendor opportunities are limited to the following categories:

• Food Vendors

• Non-Alcoholic Beverage Vendors

• Non-Profit Organizations

• Family Activities

To be considered for a vendor space, the Chamber must receive your fully completed application no later than Thursday, June 25 at 5:00 PM.

Vendor Fees:

• Local Non-Profit: $50

• Chamber Member: $125

• Non-Chamber Member: $175

Event Day Schedule:

• 6:30 AM – Vendors may begin loading in

• 8:00 AM – All vendors must be fully loaded in

• 8:30 AM – Vendor Village opens / sales may begin

• 2:00 PM – Vendor Village closes

• 3:00 PM – All vendors must be fully broken down and cleared from the area

Important Notes:

• All vendor spaces will be pre-assigned. A site map with your assigned location will be sent no later than Friday, June 26.

• Vendors are responsible for bringing their own tent, tables, chairs, and arranging any electricity/power needs.
