Event Description
We have had many requests over the years to bring back the Burnout Contest, and we are excited to include it again as part of Steel Days 2026! It will begin at 7:00 p.m. and go until 8:30 p.m. on Saturday, July 18. Come watch participants smoke their tires and compete for a chance to win a prize. Please note that you MUST pre-register to participate in the Burnout Contest and all registrations are final and NO REFUNDS will be issued. Viewing of the competition is FREE.
If you would like to compete in the Burnout Contest, please complete the registration and print your confirmation email, then read and sign the Requirements, Rules, and Liability Waiver Document and bring them with you to present during check-in at the event.
