Food Truck Application – Frontier Days 2026
We are excited to welcome food trucks to the 50th Anniversary Frontier Days Celebration on Saturday, September 26, 2026 in Downtown Tecumseh!
To create the best experience for both guests and food truck vendors, we will be selecting trucks with a variety of food offerings. This helps provide great options for attendees while also minimizing direct competition and maximizing sales opportunities for participating trucks.
Once your application is reviewed and approved, you will receive an invoice by email. If we are unable to approve your application due to space, duplication of offerings, or other event needs, you will be placed on a waiting list in case a spot becomes available.
Event Details
Event Date: Saturday, September 26, 2026
Event Time: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Location: Downtown Tecumseh
Set-Up Time: 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM
Parade: 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM
Booth Fee: $75 for a 10x10 outdoor space
Frontier Days will include a parade, kid zone, car show, live music, vendors, community activities, and more. This milestone year will celebrate 50 years of Frontier Days and 135 years of the City of Tecumseh, making it a special day full of hometown pride, foot traffic, and community fun.
Food Truck Requirements
All approved food trucks must:
✅ Provide their own generator
✅ Provide a valid Oklahoma Health Department certificate
✅ Be fully set up and ready to serve by 9:00 AM
✅ Remain open during the event unless otherwise approved
✅ Follow all event instructions regarding placement, set-up, and tear-down
Please note: This event is held rain or shine. There will be no refunds for cancellations.
Payment Information
Once your application is approved, an invoice will be emailed to you. Invoices must be paid within 72 hours of approval. If payment is not received within that timeframe, your spot may be released to the next food truck on the waiting list.
Optional Food Truck Advertising Add-On — $15
This year, food trucks will have the option to purchase an additional advertising add-on for $15.
Food trucks who select this option will receive intentional promotion leading up to Frontier Days, including:
✅ A featured post on the Frontier Days Facebook page
✅ A featured post on the Tecumseh Chamber Facebook page
✅ Inclusion in a rolling food truck advertisement on the Frontier Days landing page on the Chamber website
This is a great opportunity to introduce your menu, highlight your specialties, and encourage the community to find you during Frontier Days.
To participate in this advertising add-on, food trucks will need to provide any requested information, photos, menu highlights, or promotional details by the deadline provided after approval.
