Event Description

Vendor Registration – Frontier Days 2026

We are excited to welcome a variety of vendors to the 50th Anniversary Frontier Days Celebration on Saturday, September 26, 2026 in Downtown Tecumseh!

To help create a great shopping experience for guests and a successful day for vendors, we work to avoid oversaturating the market with too many of the same types of products. This helps provide variety for attendees while also protecting the earning potential of participating vendors.

Once your application is reviewed and approved, you will receive an invoice by email. Payments are due within 72 hours of approval, or you must contact us to make arrangements. Vendor spots will not be held without payment or an approved payment plan.

Event Date: Saturday, September 26, 2026
Event Time: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Location: Downtown Tecumseh
Set-Up Time: 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM
Parade: 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM

Please note that shoppers may begin arriving as early as 9:00 AM, so vendors should be fully set up and ready before the event begins.

Booth Fees

10x10 Space: $60
10x20 Space: $120

Limited electrical spaces are available for an additional fee. Electrical spaces are limited and will be assigned based on availability.

Optional Vendor Advertising Add-On — $15

This year, vendors will have the option to purchase an additional advertising add-on for $15.

Vendors who select this option will receive intentional promotion leading up to Frontier Days, including:

✅ A featured post on the Frontier Days Facebook page
✅ A featured post on the Tecumseh Chamber Facebook page
✅ Inclusion in a rolling vendor advertisement on the Frontier Days landing page on the Chamber website

This is a great opportunity to showcase your products, highlight your business, and encourage shoppers to find your booth during Frontier Days.

To participate in this advertising add-on, vendors will need to provide any requested information, photos, product highlights, or promotional details by the deadline provided after approval.

Event Highlights

Frontier Days will be packed with fun and foot traffic, including food trucks, a parade, car show, kid zone, live music, community activities, and more. This milestone celebration will honor 50 years of Frontier Days and 135 years of the City of Tecumseh, making it a special year to be part of one of our community’s favorite traditions.

✅ Vendors must provide their own tables, chairs, tents, displays, and set-up materials
✅ Vendors are responsible for securing their booth area appropriately
✅ Limited to one direct sales representative per company
🚫 No refunds for cancellations — this event is rain or shine
💵 Invoices must be paid within 72 hours of approval, or your spot may be released to the next vendor on the waiting list
