If you own a business, it is important to have a plan for exit, whether it’s a planned retirement or an unexpected exit due to death or disability. Understanding how buy-sell agreements work and their importance as a business planning tool will be the topic of the EDGE presentation on April 11 where you will learn how to protect your business, your family and your co-owners when an exit occurs.
