Cultivating Culture to Build Your Brand.

You have worked hard to build a reputation for your business. Too often, even with the best of intentions, branding efforts, strategy and marketing fail because either the business owner or leaders and employees do not “show up” in ways that are consistent with the brand promise. As the saying goes, culture will eat strategy for breakfast every time.

This short course will leave you with a roadmap for using vision and values along with best practice approaches for selecting the right people, managing performance and developing needed skills.
