Your Chamber has scheduled a legislative session wrap-up with guest speakers, Senate Majority Leader Paul Gazelka and Senator Chuck Wiger. While the White Bear Area communities were able to secure bonding for number of worthy projects, the important tax bill was vetoed by the Governor. There needs to be a special session in order to pass a tax bill that is compatible with the federal tax law. It’s important to advocate for a tax bill approved that will be passed by the legislature and signed by the Governor.

This will be your opportunity to informally talk to our local elected officials and network with other business people. The event is free to attend and a full continental breakfast will be served. Space is limited and registration is required.
