Attention White Bear Business Owners,
The city of White Bear Lake is considering an ordinance adoption that would strengthen the city’s fire and safety requirements. The city officials are interested in informing businesses about this proposed ordinance prior to its second reading which is scheduled for the City Council meeting on Tuesday, September 25th.
They reached out to the Chamber to organize a meeting in order to answer any questions you might have about the proposed changes in the fire and safety codes. This is an important session to attend to determine what, if any, impact this proposed ordinance might have on your business. Prior to the meeting, please review the attached proposed ordinance and the summary of the discussion points at the last city council meeting.
Our information session will be in the expansion room at city hall on Thursday, September 20th from 3:30 - 4:30pm. The address is 4701 Highway 61, White Bear Lake.
