IN CONSIDERATION of permission to exhibit in the Rockaway Beach Pirate Festival & Treasure Hunt, the above named exhibitor does hereby agree to save and hold harmless the Rockaway Beach Chamber of Commerce including its officers, members or agents, the City of Rockaway Beach and the owner of the property the exhibitor occupies against any claim, demand, action, damages, liability of any loss, including any legal fees.
IT IS FURTHER UNDERSTOOD that the Rockaway Beach Chamber of Commerce and the property owner where the festival will be held, have no obligation to institute special measures of safeguarding or providing security measures for exhibitor property. Each exhibitor will assume risk of loss to his/her own exhibit by whatever means, including, but not limited to, damages, destruction, theft and mysterious disappearance.
Each Exhibitor agrees to unload vehicle and remove vehicle to designated parking area prior to the start of the Festival. (The festival begins at noon) Please do not show up early SPACES WILL BE ASSIGNED UPON EXHIBITOR ARRIVAL. Set up anytime after 8 am on Friday evening. Please do not set up your space before this time.
All food vendors need to have proof of license and insurance. If your not licensed in the State of Oregon, you must obtain a permit from Tillamook Co. Health Dept. for our festivals, and fax them proof of insurance. If you are licensed in Oregon there is a $25 fee to Tillamook County to operate at the festival. You will be checked for proof during the festival. See contact information below.

REFUND POLICY:
If a vender must cancel or an event is cancelled due to conditions beyond our control (such as weather) a slot for vender registration will be free for the next event space in the future, or an additional space those already committed. In an effort to support both the vendor and the festival. These arrangements must be approvedd by a board member at the time of cancellation or within 30 days.
NO CONFIRMATION FOR THIS EVENT WILL BE MAILED. IF YOU PAY ONLINE YOU WILL RECEIVE AN E-MAIL CONFIRMATION. IF YOU MAIL IN YOUR PAYMENT YOUR CANCELED CHECK WILL SERVE AS YOUR CONFIRMATION.
