The Malta Chamber together with the Federation of English Language (FELTOM) and Jobs Plus are organising a webinar to encourage employers to invest in their employees by investing in the English language. Businesses can take advantage of the Investing in Skills Scheme that is intended to promote access to the training of persons actively participating in the Maltese labour market, with a view to increasing productivity and enhancing adaptability.

Employers can benefit from a subsidy on training and wage costs when engaging the services of an external trainer. Air travel for both trainers and trainees could be supported under this Scheme.
