Artist, Businesses, Crafters, Direct Sales, Nonprofits, Education & Awareness are all welcome to participate in this QACC Sponsored Event on Saturday, August 20th at the Lino Lakes Community Green. It will be held from 12 Noon until 4 p.m. along with.
Set up instructions: You may set up from 10 am - 12 N. Parking available near your booth.
Tear down instructions: If you tear down before 4 PM or without prior approval of the show supervisor, you will not be invited back to the 2023 event.

Thank you for supporting for registering for our event. We will be available at the festival ground for set up at 8 AM. We would like everyone set up by 10 AM. Tear down is 4 - 6 pm.
Attached please find the map for the lay out of the event area. Helping me with this event is Sharla Fossen - phone #218-839-8227 Lisa Coleman - 651-253-2563 they will be your contact at the Show area. Sharla has Color Street and Lisa has Scentsy.
I will be at the event, but floating & helping in many areas.
The best address to use for the community green is 7690 Village Drive. The YMCA parking lot is across the street.
INDEMNIFICATION/HOLD HARMLESS
Facility Users, by executing the application form, shall agree to indemnify and hold harmless the
Church of St. Genevieve, its agents, servants, employees, and trustees from and against any and
all claims, damages, losses and expenses, including attorney’s fees, resulting from the Facility
User’s use of the facilities.
14. CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE
Facility Users must provide a Certificate of Insurance bearing appropriate notations at least 21
days before the date of usage. It can be faxed to the parish office at 651-653-0071. It is the
responsibility of the Facility User to confirm with parish staff that the fax was received.
The Certificate of Insurance shall have the following notations:
o “Personal Liability for $1,000,000.”
o “Host Liquor,” if the host will serve anything alcoholic.
