ConnectHER 2025 is an immersive afternoon experience designed exclusively for women leaders who give so much to others — and deserve time to recharge, reflect, and reconnect with themselves. Centered around the theme “Leading by Example: Why Women Leaders Must Prioritize Their Health,” this event focuses on whole-person wellness — mind, body, and soul.

Through inspiring keynote presentations, interactive wellness activations, and heartfelt connection, guests will explore how true leadership begins with self-care.

Event Highlights

✨ Inspiring Keynotes:
Hear from women leaders in health and wellness, including Genesis Rivera of AdventHealth and Monique London of WeFit, as they share how to care for yourself in the "work life jenga" we all play, and how successful women sustain balance, vitality, and purpose.

🌸 Wellness Activations:
Experience three rejuvenating sessions designed to restore the body and calm the mind:

• Sound Bowl Therapy – Deep relaxation and mindful stillness

• Laughter Yoga – Releasing stress through the joy of laughter

• Labyrinth Walk – Guided reflection and inner direction

Each session begins with a meaningful reflection question, encouraging open, women-only conversations that inspire self-awareness and healing.

🍓 Relax & Unwind Reception:
End the day with a recap from Madjeen Lorthe of Transitions Well Done, refreshing smoothies, wellness conversations, and networking with fellow women leaders at the Health & Wellbeing Bazaar.
