Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor at our 3rd Annual Outdoor WINTERFEST in Town Square on Saturday, December 6, 2025 ! We are currently seeking local vendors, artisans, and small businesses that offer handmade or retail goods for sale at our outdoor winter market. WINTERFEST is one of our most anticipated family events of the year. We are expecting 1,000+ attendees. In addition to shopping in our WINTER MARKET we will have photos with Santa, an appearance by the Grinch, make & take holiday crafts, carolers, tree lighting, food & drink, plus a whole lot more! THERE WILL BE NO WOOD FIRE PITS FOR 2025 Please note that service-based businesses (such as banks, healthcare providers, or similar businesses) are not being accepted as vendors at this time, though sponsorship opportunities are available.
There are two vendor options: A STANDARD vendor at Winterfest is $80 plus an item/basket donation valued at a minimum of $50 for the raffles.
As a Standard vendor you will receive:
1 (one) 6ft table and tablecloth plus 2 (two) chairs. A tent is NOT included in this package.

A VIP vendor at Winterfest is $150 plus an item/basket donation valued at a minimum of $50 for the raffles.
As a VIP vendor, you will receive:
1 (one) 10x10 tent
2 (two) 6ft tables and tablecloths plus 2 (two) chairs
Electric (as needed)
Vendor event sign for tent
