Health Fair 2025
Date and Time: Saturday, May 17th, 2025, 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM
Location: 8578 Santa Monica Blvd, West Hollywood, CA 90069

Vendor Guidelines:

Set Up: Please arrive between 11:30 AM and 11:45 AM to check in and set up your booth.

Parking: One staff member per vendor should park in the parking structure. Parking is $4.00 with validation, which can be obtained at the front counter.

Booth Allocation: Each vendor will be provided a designated space to accommodate one 4-foot table and two chairs. Vendors are responsible for bringing their own table, chairs, and a 4x4 umbrella or tent for shade.

Staff Assistance: Look for a staff member in a light blue Capitol Drugs tee shirt or a volunteer in a white tee shirt featuring the Alzheimer’s, Capitol Drugs, and WeHo Chamber logos for booth assignment assistance.

Stay Duration: Vendors are expected to remain until the event concludes at 4:00 PM.

NO 10x10 tents are not allowed per the City of West Hollywood and the West Hollywood Fire Department — they must be taken down if used.

What to Bring:

• Chairs if needed

• 4x4 umbrella or tent (for shade or light showers)

• Marketing materials

• Enthusiasm and readiness for a fun event
