🍔 Food Truck Application – Frontier Days 2025 🍟
We’re excited to welcome 12 food trucks to this year’s event! To ensure a great experience for both guests and vendors, we select trucks with a variety of offerings—this helps maximize your sales and minimizes competition.
Once your application is approved, you’ll receive an invoice via email. If we’re unable to approve your application, we’ll place you on a waiting list in case a spot opens up.
🔹 Event Date: Saturday, September 27th | 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
🔹 Location: Downtown Tecumseh (Broadway/Washington)
🔹 Booth Fee: $75 for a 10x10 outdoor space
🔹 Set-Up Time: 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM
🔹 Parade: 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM
We’ll also have a kids zone, car show, live music, vendors, and more—it’s a full day of fun and foot traffic!

✅ You must provide a valid Oklahoma Health Department certificate
🚫 No refunds for cancellations – this event is rain or shine
💵 Invoices must be paid within 72 hours of approval, or your spot will be released to the next vendor
