About Hispanic Heritage Month
Hispanic Heritage Month, celebrated from September 15 to October 15, is a time to honor the histories, cultures, and contributions of Hispanic Americans whose ancestors came from Spain, Mexico, the Caribbean, Central, and South America.
Our Tradition
For years, the Metropolitan Savannah Hispanic Chamber of Commerce has proudly celebrated this month with large-scale community events, including the Hispanic Heritage Parade and Festival. These events have brought together thousands of families, businesses, students, and community members to showcase Hispanic culture, music, food, and traditions.
Why a Breakfast Celebration This Year
Due to current concerns about ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all participants, the Parade and Festival will not take place this year. Instead, we invite you to a special bilingual gathering: the Hispanic Heritage Celebration Breakfast — a safe, inspiring space to celebrate together through food, culture, and community.
