OUT DOOR EVENT
We will not allow any booths that are not family friendly.  Please nothing that is controversial, obscene or in poor taste. Keep in mind that this is a Family event.
Rend LakeCar Show Vendor Fair is rain or shine.
Tables and tents will not be furnished you must bring your own tables and tents. 
Set up will begin at 9:00 am on Saturday September 6, 2025
Fair will be from 12:00pm - 6:00pm Saturday September 6, 2025
211 N. Main Street
Booth Rentals are non-refundable
$10 for a 20X20 space - Vendor.  one day event located at 211 N. Main Street 
Food Vendors are required to have a certificate of Insurance naming, Benton/West City Area Chamber of Commerce,  Location will be Franklin County Ford Garage Museum 211 N. Main Street Benton, IL.  
City permits are not required they are part of your booth rental. Franklin/Williamson Bi-County Health Department Certificates are required. 
Benton/West City Area Chamber of Commerce members will get free booth rental
