The Town & Country Fire & Ice Festival is coming up on October 4 from 5:00–8:00 PM at Longview Farm Park, and we’re expecting over 3,000 attendees for an evening of live music, food and drink trucks, inflatables, and a spectacular drone show at 8 PM.

This is a great opportunity to make a lasting impression by contributing to our highly anticipated Chamber swag bags, which will be distributed to adult attendees (one per family). These bags are a favorite among festivalgoers and a great way to get your brand directly into the hands of local residents.

We’re seeking 50–100 promotional items that are useful, fun, and memorable—such as tumblers, gift cards, first aid kits, frisbees, chapstick, beachballs, pens, or stationery.

Please deliver your items by September 26 to ensure they are included in the bags.

​Can’t be on-site but want to get your business in the hands of the residents of Town & Country?  This is the time when we collect items from you for the bags distributed at the Festival! Attendance is 3,000+

We prefer 100 items but will accept a minimum of 50.  These items should be something of value like a tumbler, promotional gift card, first-aid kit, frisbees, chapstick, beachballs, pens and stationary - you get the idea!

These bags are highly anticipated and go fast!  These Chamber bags are only given to adults and one per family.
