The Jenks Chamber of Commerce and its related entities, the Jenks Chamber of Commerce Community Foundation and its related entities, the City of Jenks and its related entities, and all associated properties, agents, employees, directors and officers shall not be liable for any claim, demand, damage, accident or injury to persons or property occurring directly or indirectly as result of Vendor's use and occupancy during or after this event. Vendor agrees that Vendor shall be solely responsible for the acts and omissions of Vendor's servants, employees, helpers, agents, guests, family members, customers and merchandise during the use and occupancy during this event.
The Vendor also agrees to hold harmless the Jenks Chamber of Commerce and its related entities, the Jenks Chamber of Commerce Community Foundation and its related entities, the City of Jenks and its related entities, and all associated properties against any acts of God, which include and not limited to rain, floods and wind. By signing this contract, you agree to abide by all the conditions and rules governing this event and to release of liability without refund.
If for any reason it becomes impossible to hold this event where and when planned, this contract becomes null and void without liability.
COST:
Food vendors agree to pay the Jenks Chamber of Commerce a fee of:
$300 for Chamber members
$350 for non-members
Non-Food vendors agree to pay:
$50 for members
$150 for non-members
The agreement, proof of Fire Inspection and payment must be submitted to the Jenks Chamber by Friday, May 1. All revenue from food retained by vendor. Power must be requested and paid prior to the event. No refunds prior to the event.
Location:
Jenks America Food Truck Festival will take place between 1st & 4th Streets on Main Street. Vendor locations to be determined.
Electricity:
All vendors must provide their own electricity. Generators must be at 65 dB or less.
Setup:
Food Vendors can begin setup at 9:00 A.M. on the day of the event, unless other arrangements are made with the Jenks Chamber. Setup must be complete by 10:30 A.M., no exceptions, ready for inspection from the Tulsa County Health Department.
Tear Down:
Early tear down is not permitted. No sales after 4 p.m. Vehicles must exit streets by 4:30 p.m.
Health Permit:
A Tulsa County Health Department permit must be displayed to the public by the vendor. Vendor must be ready for inspection by the Tulsa County Health Department on the day of the show.
City of Jenks Fire Inspection:
A City of Jenks Fire Inspection completed within 365 days of May 30, 2026 is required for all food trucks and must be completed and submitted to the Jenks Chamber on or before Friday, May 15. There will not be inspections the day of the event. Food Trucks will not be allowed to participate without proof of their Inspection. Contact Jenks Fire Rescue Administration Office at 918-298-1491 to schedule your inspection.
Trash:
The Jenks Chamber staff will collect trash throughout the event until 4 p.m. Any remaining trash will be the vendor’s responsibility; a dumpster will be available at The Hive’s parking lot located at Second Street and Aquarium Place.
Payment:
Payment is due within 10 days of application, or the business will be withdrawn from consideration.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations will not be refunded.
Cancellations made less than 14 days ahead of the event will not be refunded. The Jenks Chamber will retain the full application fee.
Alcohol and Miscellaneous:
No smoking or alcohol consumption by vendors on Main St. Alcohol is permitted for sale under a vendor's liquor license, but may only be products made in the state of Oklahoma. Bottled alcoholic drinks produced outside of Oklahoma are prohibited for sale.
