Don’t miss this year’s Sharks in the Park on Saturday, July 11th, from 7–9 p.m. at the Oklahoma Aquarium!
This event is free for the public to attend and will feature free hot dogs for the first 1,000 attendees, a foam party, food and beverage vendors, inflatables, Touch-a-Truck, and a splash zone courtesy of the Jenks Fire Department.
The evening will wrap up with the first-ever Sharks in the Night drone show, a can’t-miss finale lighting up the night sky above the aquarium beginning around 9:30 p.m. As a vendor, compliance is required to participate in the festival.
COST:
Vendors agree to pay the Jenks Chamber of Commerce a fee of:
$50 for members
$100 for non-members
Food and beverage vendors must submit proof of state of Oklahoma Fire Inspection and health permit to the Jenks Chamber by June 21 or vendor will not be able to participate in the festival. No refunds prior to the event.
LOCATION:
Sharks in the Park will take place at the Oklahoma Aquarium. Specific vendor locations to be determined.
ELECTRICITY:
All vendors must provide their own electricity. Generators must be at 65 dB or less.
SETUP:
Vendors can arrive as early as 4:30 pm to setup and will receive communication from Jenks Chamber for your specific check-in location. Vendor setup must be complete by 5:30 P.M. and ready for Tulsa County Health Department on-site inspection (applicable to food and beverage vendors).
FOOD TRUCK STAGING: Food trucks cannot remain hitched to trailers or vehicles for the event.
TEAR DOWN:
Early tear down is not permitted. No sales allowed after 9 p.m. Vehicles must exit the Oklahoma Aquarium property by 10:30 p.m.
TRASH / CLEAN UP:
Staff will collect trash throughout the event until 9 p.m. Any remaining trash will be the vendor’s responsibility; dumpsters will be. There will be a $250 clean-up fee applied to any vendors who leave trash.
HEALTH PERMITS: Health permits are required for ANY vendors (food truck and non-food truck) serving food and/or beverages.
The City of Jenks does require proof of your inspection which must be displayed during the event. Tulsa Health Department officials will be onsite verifying permits and conducting inspections.
If your health permit is expired or fails inspection, you will be required to leave the festival and no refund will be issued.

FIRE INSPECTION:
The Oklahoma State Fire Marshal's Office is now responsible for conducting fire safety inspections, issuing operational decals, and determining compliance with state-adopted codes. A state of Oklahoma fire Inspection must be completed within 365 days of July 11, 2026 and is required for all food trucks. That must be completed and submitted to the Jenks Chamber on or before June 21, 2026. Please note that no fire inspections will be conducted on the day of the event, and trucks without a valid permit will not be allowed to participate and no refund will be issued.
FOOD TRUCKS MUST HAVE VISIBLE:
State Fire Marshal Operational Permit Decal — issued after your annual state inspection
LPG Administration Permit Decal — required if your truck uses propane (LPG).
Oklahoma Department of Health Permit
Food trucks without decals cannot operate in Jenks city limits and if found operating without decals, will be removed from the festival, referred to the State Fire Marshal's Office, and no refund will be issued.

SMOKING / ALCOHOL:
No smoking or alcohol consumption allowed by vendors.
Alcohol is only permitted for sale under a vendor's liquor license but may only be products made in the state of Oklahoma. Bottled alcoholic drinks produced outside of Oklahoma are prohibited for sale.
REGISTRATION CUTOFF:
Registration for this event will close on June 21, 2026.
PAYMENT: Full registration payment must be made by June 21, 2026 or the business will be withdrawn from consideration.
